This year's Open League has once again been split into two areas to make travel more manageable. There are no handicap restrictions. Last year's match format will be repeated: 2 doubles and 4 singles games for each player (match total: 20 games).

Last year Watford won in the league once again, beating Northampton in the Western Area by a whisker on the second tie-breaker, while the Eastern Area was uncontested again.
