Open GC Handicap Doubles Tournament

Golf Croquet

The Tournament is an open one-day Golf Croquet Handicap Doubles competition staged at Watford and listed in the CqE fixtures calendar. It will be played according to Handicap Advantage2026 (Target Scores) rules.

Note: for tie-breaking in blocks when necessary, the Score Fractions ('SF') rather than the Score Fraction Percentages ('SF%') for each game will be aggregated and then the exact SF sum will be rounded to the nearest integer percentage. This avoids potentially incorrect conclusions being drawn if using the SF% for each game directly because of the rounding errors inherent in the conversion of SF to SF%. Entries:	Allocation: 5 April Closing: 1 June Those who wish to enter and pay online may do so through the CqE website in same way as entering a CqE Tournament. Alternatively, postal entries should be submitted together with entry fee using the standard CqE Tournament entry form.
Entry fee:	£8 per person (all entrants). Pay online (see above) or by cheque to the secretary, payable to "Watford (Cassiobury) Croquet Club".
Format:	AMD, provisionally the standard Series format if full capacity.

Exceptions and additions to the standard CqE tournament regulations:

1. Players must be prepared to play five or more games.
2. Tea, soft drinks and biscuits are provided free of charge, but please bring your own lunch.
3. Details of parking and other arrangements will be sent to participants before the event.
