Association Croquet

The Club runs a qualifying tournament for the All England Handicap Championship which is open to all club members. The finalist(s) OR the highest-placed player(s) who have declared themselves available will qualify for the Area Finals, to be played over the weekend of 15-16 August, likely at Wrest Park or possibly Cheltenham. Winners from the Area Finals proceed to the National Finals, this year to be held over the weekend of 19-20 September at Ealing.

Games will be 26pt games played off full bisque handicap to base 10 using current handicap (no maximum) on the day the game is played, and played preferably untimed, or to a time limit agreed between the players (minimum 3 hours; 3.5 hours if no agreement).

As a change from previous years, this year the club qualifying competition will be run as two one-day tournament on the Saturdays 9th and 16th May, with a later play-off(s) between the winners, AND if necessary, potential candidates for an Area Final place.

Players must enter results on their handicap cards as usual.
