This year's Open League has once again been split into two areas to make travel more manageable. There are no handicap restrictions. Last year's match format will be repeated: 2 doubles and 4 singles games for each player (match total: 20 games).

Last year Watford won the League, having won the Area and then receiving a walk-over in the regional final because the Eastern Area was not completed.
